Cultivating a good habit is similar to farming, it takes a lot of time. Our good habits lead to our other good habits.
If you are doing something bad, and you are enjoying it. So our brain seeks more and more fun. And we start doing the same bad thing again. By doing some work repeatedly, we become accustomed to that thing. And these habits are reflected in our behavior.
How to make good habits
We cannot leave our bad habits immediately. We can definitely keep good habits instead. You watch tv till late at night. This will never bring a good change in your life. If you are used to it. Yes, from the very first day, your attention will definitely go towards the TV. But when you explain your mind by saying that nothing good will change in your life from TV. But you can improve yourself by reading a book. Then gradually from TV, you will shift to the book.
To eliminate bad habits, replace them with good habits. We cannot leave a bad habit immediately even if we want to. But we can definitely adopt a good habit in our life. We can only waste our life by getting stuck in bad habits. But good habits can shape your life.
